Orders received before 11:30am will be processed the same working day.
Orders received after 11:30am will be processed the next working day.
Delivery can take up-to 5 working days depending on your order.
Delivery days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Weekend and timed deliveries are available at an extra cost when requested.
Due to the nature of our business there may be extended lead times for certain items, however every effort will be made to deliver all products by the agreed date.
Due to the extra volume of orders coming in over Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays, please be aware that there may be delays processing orders over this period. No goods will be delivered on Bank Holidays.
If there is anything wrong with the items once they have been received, we request that you contact us within 24 hours of the consignment being signed for so that we can rectify the problem.
All orders that we deliver are wrapped in order to minimise the likelihood of damage during transit. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery and we will be happy to arrange collection and replacement of the item at the earliest convenience.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide us with details of the problem product. For perishable products, we will require the batch number and best before date of the item.
In exceptional circumstances we may agree to accept a return of an item that is not damaged or faulty. In this instance, it is up to the customer to return item at the cheapest cost, once the item is received and the goods returned are in a saleable condition we will then refund you the sale.
